presence, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager for FTTH/FTTR Sales at Terabit Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in building and
maintaining strong relationships with telecom operators and ISP customers. Your primary responsibility will be to
ensure client satisfaction and facilitate the acquisition of potential orders. You will collaborate closely with the
marketing team to identify opportunities and strategies for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with existing telecom operators and ISP clients.
Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and support.
Ensure excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FTTH/FTTR products and services to existing clients.
Prospect and onboard new clients within the telecom and ISP sectors.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the FTTH/FTTR market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions that resonate with the target audience.
Order Acquisition and Management:
Manage the end-to-end order process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the telecom or FTTH/FTTR industry.
Strong understanding of FTTH/FTTR products, technology, and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
