    Position Overview:

    As an After-Sales Engineer for Home Energy Storage Systems at Terabit Technologies , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and maintenance services. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to our products.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Technical Support and Troubleshooting:


    Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to product operation, troubleshooting, and technical issues.

    Provide prompt and accurate technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.

    Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.


    Maintenance and Repairs:


    Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of Home Energy Storage Systems, including power banks, inverters, and solar energy systems.

    Perform repairs and replacements of components as needed, ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of the products.

    Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities.


    Customer Training:


    Train customers and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of our products.

    Create user-friendly documentation and guides to assist customers in troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

    Quality Feedback and Improvement:


    Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and functionality.

    Collaborate with the product development team to suggest improvements and enhancements based on customer input.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or field service roles, ideally in the home energy storage or renewable energy industry.

    Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

    Willingness to travel for on-site service visits as required.
